GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
PAYMENT

To validate your reservation, you must pay the first night of each apartment reserved by bank transfer (more information: apartamentosgrigri@gmail.com).
- Important:​ When making the transfer, specify in the concept the FULL NAME of the person responsible for the reservation.

The amount of the reservation will be paid in full on the day of arrival at the Aparthotel.

Payment can be made in cash (RD$,US$,€) or by debit or credit card (Visa, Martercard, American Express).

Reserve modifications must always be communicated as soon as possible and will be subject to existing availability.

If the client voluntarily interrupts his/her stay, he/she will not have the right to claim the refund of any amount.​
MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS​
RULES OF CONDUCT
All people, whether they are guests or visitors, must comply with a set of rules to allow mutual co-existence:

Proper use the facilities and furniture from the Aparthotel.

Refrain from rude, aggressive or annoying behaviors toward other customers or staff.

Avoid excessive alcohol consumption (whose levels are harmful to his health or harm to other customers) and refrain from the consumption of narcotic substances (drugs).
*Failure to comply with these rules of conduct may pose direct cancellation of the booking contract and the mandatory expulsion of Apartamentos Gri Gri. In addition, customer shall indemnify damages caused by their illegal conduct.
VISITS

Customers can receive visits from 9:00 a.m. to 21 p.m.

Visits only allowed access to common areas such as the bar-restaurant, being forbidden the access to private customers exclusive use areas, such as the pool and the parking.

The entry of minors is not admitted without being accompanied by the parents, guardians or legal representatives of the minor.

Comply with the rules of conduct.

CONDITIONS

It is expressly forbidden to have a number of occupants higher than the one declared in the corresponding reservation.

Bed sofas can be enabled to admit additional guests, upon prior request.
-
The stay is free for children from 0 to 3 years, provided they do not occupy additional beds, the hotel does not have cradles and/or highchairs for children.

The client is responsible for the supervision of people under 18 years of age.
-
Celebrations of bachelor parties, or any type of meetings or parties that may cause discomfort to other customers are not allowed.

Apartamentos Gri Gri are kept the right of non-admission of unwanted people.

No pets allowed.
CLEANING SERVICE

The apartments are delivered clean and equipped with bedding, towels and crockery, according to the number of places.
-
All rates include cleaning and daily linen change.
POOL RULES
-
The pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
-
The pool is for the exclusive use of clients.
-
Obligatory bathing with bathing clothes.
-
Obligatory shower before bathing.
-
Children under 8 years must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
-
The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard.
-
Forbidden to eat, drink and/or smoking in the pool.
-
Forbidden to enter the pool with crystal or sharp objects.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

Pay of the total amount of the reservation.

Registration of all guests, without exception.
-
Mandatory presentation of official identification documents, either identity card or passport.
ENTRANCE

The Aparthotel has a reception, where it will be attended by the staff.

Once the check-in procedures are completed, you will be shown the apartment and the operation of the different elements of the apartment, as well as, the keys will be delivered.

Likewise, the full amount of the reservation must be paid, in cash, during the course of the day of arrival.

The check-in time is at 1:00 p.m. You can enter the apartment earlier, if the assigned apartment is ready. Otherwise, you can leave your luggage at reception.
DEPARTURE

The departure time is before 12 o’clock.
-
Before leaving the apartment doors and windows must be left closed, as well as lights and air conditioning turned off.

Before departure, a review of the apartment will be made.
